Feature Description
Airflow Exclusive Controlled Airflow Ceiling maximizes downdraft airflow effectiveness and increases the booth’s spray zone with a full-width ceiling plenum. Main airflow zone creates a protective envelope of air around the vehicle, while secondary zones protect booth walls from overspray and contaminants.
Lighting Four-tube sidewall light fixtures and premium angled ceiling light fixtures integrated into the Controlled Airflow Ceiling provide optimal illumination. ETL and ETL-C listed, with T8 ballasts and energy-efficient LED lamps.
Doors Four-wing, dual-skin product door with four observation windows and one personnel door come standard. Heavy-duty hinges ensure long-lasting performance.
Heater Choice of GUL2000 or BT1200 heat system, both featuring dual VFDs and automatic pressure control.
Energy Savings Save up to 60% in electricity and 75% in fuel costs with economy mode. SmartFlash on optional LOGIC 3 or LOGIC 4 control panels allows up to 90% air recirculation during flash mode.
Construction Dual-skin, insulated, galvanized steel panels with a white, baked-on polyester topcoat create a rust-resistant cabin. Vertical wall panels reduce joints and seams, resulting in a stronger, longer-lasting booth.
